Nevance allows you to schedule email and sms reminders to customers who abandoned their payments due to one reason or another.
Via Plugins
To configure your integrations to schedule custom reminders for abandoned payments, add the following parameters to the QuickSetup function of your integration.
email_reminder: true, //email reminder enabled
sms_reminder: false, //sms reminder disabled
frequency: 'minutely', //minutely, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly
interval: 30, //every 30 [minutes, hours, days, weeks, months]
Direct Links
Reminders can be configured while adding a new product. However, the reminders set on plugins are favored over these types of reminders whenever this product is purchased via the plugin.

Restore Points
Every reminder is appended with a link to continue the payment right where they left them.
Frequency and Interval
Please choose your frequency and interval strategically as you can only send a total of three (3) reminders to the same customer for the same abandoned payment. The essence of this is to disallow spams.
